SNABPI DC Nairobi 2026. Three days. One homecoming.

Nairobi · Minneapolis · Doha
SNABPI unites Somali professionals worldwide. For Nairobi 2026, the diaspora conference needed more than a poster with a date — it needed a platform that could carry the momentum from Minnesota 2025 to Doha and into Nairobi, and convert excitement into registrations.
We built an event platform around the theme 'One Diaspora · Global · Somali · Professionals': a live countdown over the Nairobi skyline, the chairperson's welcome, three programme pillars — Connect, Innovate, Inspire — distinct paths to register, speak, or sponsor, and a community gallery that makes joining feel like coming home.
Three audiences — attendees, speakers, sponsors — each need their own path, price, and call to action without fragmenting the event's identity.
The story spans cities and years — Minneapolis '19, Doha '25, Nairobi '26 — and had to read as one continuous movement rather than isolated events.
Urgency (a hard November date, a live countdown) had to coexist with warmth — this is a homecoming, not a sales funnel.
Days, hours, minutes, and seconds sit directly in the hero above the Nairobi skyline — urgency framed by the city itself, not a pop-up timer.
Connect, Innovate, and Inspire each get photography, a short argument, and their own card — the programme in three words a first-time visitor can repeat.
A three-panel section gives every audience its own honest next step, from student tickets to partnership conversations.
City cards and a running marquee — Minneapolis '19, Doha '25, Nairobi '26 — stitch the editions together, with #SNABPI Moments carrying the community's own photos.

“It feels like the conference starts the moment you open the site. Our community recognised themselves in it immediately.”
