Radar Consultancy works where evidence matters most: peacebuilding, stabilisation, and development programmes across Somalia, Kenya, Sudan, South Sudan, and Yemen. Their analysis is rigorous; their old website was not.
We built a platform that mirrors how Radar actually works — grounded in field research, independent, and delivered through seven clearly defined services. Every page answers the question a donor or programme director is actually asking: can this team understand our context and tell us what to do?
Complex service lines — research, MEL, stabilisation, strategic communications — risked collapsing into vague consultancy jargon.
The firm operates across five countries with offices and field presence that needed to be shown credibly, not decorated onto a map.
The audience spans donors, governments, and communities — the tone had to be institutional without being cold.
Each service gets a distinct card with its own explanation and entry point, anchored by the claim that ties them together: one grounded view of context across every engagement.
Funder logos, a stats band (15+ years, 60+ assignments, 25+ clients), and an honest offices-versus-presence map replace adjectives with evidence.
Strategic communications gets its own narrative — 'evidence that reaches the right people' — with the situations clients bring and the work they can put to use.
An understand–design–deliver–learn process section shows method, not magic — exactly what institutional buyers need before they trust a firm with a programme.

“Donors now arrive at meetings already understanding what we do. The site did the explaining for us.”
