Nairobi
Issa & Co is a Nairobi property consultancy that keeps its listings deliberately few, verified in person, and accountable for every claim. Their previous web presence couldn't carry that positioning — it read like a classifieds board, not a private office.
We rebuilt the brand online around the idea of quiet luxury: deep green and gold, editorial typography, a curated 'current selection' with real pricing and amenity data, and service pages for buying, selling, letting, and management that speak to serious clients rather than casual browsers.
Luxury real estate sites usually default to noise — countdowns, badges, aggressive forms. The brief demanded restraint without losing conversion.
Listings needed structure: price, beds, baths, square metres, and amenity icons — rendered consistently across apartments, penthouses, and townhouses.
The brand had to work across two very different worlds: a dark, composed marketing site and light, gallery-like property pages.
The about section leads with the service philosophy — few listings, verified in person, comparable evidence for every price — turning scarcity into the sales argument.
Every property card shares one data model — price, location, beds, baths, size, amenities — so the current selection reads like a portfolio, not a feed.
Deep green, gold accents, and full-bleed architectural photography set the tone; motion is limited to gentle fades so the properties stay the subject.
Buying, selling, and letting & management each get a dedicated card and explainer, funneling visitors to viewings instead of generic contact forms.

“The site finally matches how we work in person — calm, precise, and completely on top of the details.”
