AIVERSE launches enterprise AI implementation practice

Today we are formally opening AIVERSE, the artificial intelligence division of Esostrats Group. AIVERSE exists because we kept seeing the same gap: African enterprises with real appetite for AI, and very few teams equipped to move them from experimentation to production.

Our enterprise implementation practice is built around three services: strategy and roadmapping, systems integration, and long-term operations. We work with in-house teams rather than around them, and we are opinionated about what belongs in a model, what belongs in a workflow, and what belongs in a spreadsheet.

AIVERSE is led out of our Nairobi headquarters, with a founding cohort of engineers, applied researchers, and product operators. We are actively taking on partners in financial services, logistics, and public sector work across East and Southern Africa.
